Christian Coaching Institute

Christian leaders are leading in more volatile times, with limited time, limited volunteers and limited resources. It’s not an easy season to lead in. But what if there was a better way?

With a vision to see every Christian leader have a coach, the Christian Coaching Institute team aim to provide Christian leadership coaching and coach training for a new generation of leaders.

Collectively, we bring together over 50 years of coaching expertise in coaching pastors, church-planters, NFP managers and emerging leaders right across Australia and internationally. Our coaching training aligns with the accreditation requirements of the International Coaching Federation [ICF].

Coaching is an essential component of a genuinely Christ-centred leadership paradigm and our dream is to multiply leadership impact through coaching.

Christian Coaching Institute began on October 24th, 2008 as Novo Coaching, with a one-day training workshop at One Community Church in Melbourne. In 2012, Novo Coaching became a not for profit company, Novo Coaching Ltd and in Feburary 2016 we became the Christian Coaching Institute (CCI).

We are thrilled to help you in your coaching journey, whether you are interested in being trained as a coach or want to receive coaching, we would be honoured to support you on your journey.
